CWC Carolinas Heavyweight Championship
The Carolinas Heavyweight Championship is recognized as a regional championship by the Legends Wrestling Federation. In addition to being the top heavyweight title in Championship Wrestling Carolinas, the holders of these titles are considered the mandatory challengers to the LWF World's Heavyweight Championship during two mandatory title matches over the course of the year.
